Residents from other countries: 1 - Should have been a resident of the country for at least three years. 2 - Did not perform Hajj within the past five years. 3 - The principal male applicant (for Hajj) and the accompanied male should be eighteen years of age or older. 4 - The principal female applicant (for Hajj) should be forty-five years of age or older. 5 - The accompanied female should be eighteen years of age or older. 6 - The principal female applicant (for Hajj) who is younger than forty-five years of age should have a male non-marriageable relative. 7 - Electronic passports only acceptable
Requirements for Residents from other countries after obtaining the approval: 1 - A copy of the original passport. 2 - 2 photos (3 X 4) with a white background. 3 - The Hajj visa reference number. 4 - The original check. 5 - The passport validity should be at least six months after the end of the Hajj season. It should also be valid to enter to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 6 - His Qatari residency should be valid. 7 - No objection certificate or an annual leave letter from his employer. 8 - Proof of relation with the accompanying non-marriageable relative. 9 - Electronic passports only acceptable
